Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

International Shipping

Costinoyu ships to a selection of international destinations. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Costinoyu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
