30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return initiation process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect, including photos. We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
